Financial advisor to Tandläkarna Wiklund

Oral Care has acquired Tandläkarna Wiklund

Grant Thornton acted as financial advisor to the owners of Tandläkarna Wiklund in Sundsvall and Härnösand, as well as Incisor Dental Lab in Sundsvall, in the divestment of the businesses to Oral Care in May 2022. The former owners will remain and continue to work actively within the business.

About Tandläkarna Wiklund

Tandläkarna Wiklund comprises dental operations with a clinic and a lab in Sundsvall, as well as a clinic in Härnösand. The business has been primarily family-owned since its inception over 20 years ago.

Becoming part of a larger chain is something I see as very positive. Not least, it will contribute both administrative power and support functions, allowing us more time to focus on our patients and our own growth
