Sobro has acquired Prefabsystem Syd

In order to continue developing the business and bring in new perspectives, the owners of Prefabsystem Syd decided to evaluate the possibility of finding a new ownership partner. Grant Thornton acted as financial advisor to the owners in the sale to Sobro, which was completed in August 2023.
