Nordlo has acquired Interlan

Interlan had previously been in contact with Grant Thornton regarding ownership matters. When the owners were approached by interested parties, Grant Thornton's M&A group was involved to project manage a potential sale. In April 2022, the sale was completed with Nordlo as the new owner.

The company was founded in 1997 with the aim of working with high-quality qualified services, and in 2016, Interlan merged with ITKontoret. Interlan targets both the private and public sectors, mainly within Sweden. The company has its headquarters in Gävle with branch offices in Bollnäs, Söderhamn, Örnsköldsvik, and Östersund.
