Humana has acquired Homsan

Grant Thornton was entrusted by the founders and owners of Homsan to assist in the sale to Humana, a Nordic care group that provides services within individual and family care, personal assistance, elderly care, and supported housing. The transaction was completed in April 2026.

About Homsan

Homsan was founded in 2010 and is a well‑established care provider fully specialised in daily activities for persons with functional impairments under the LSS framework. The company operates in the Stockholm area with 13 units and a total of approximately 200 participants.
