Sobro has acquired EFFSO Group

The owners of EFFSO Group wanted to take the next step in their development and saw that with Sobro as a new ownership partner, they had the best conditions for continued profitable growth in the coming years. Grant Thornton acted as advisor to the owners of EFFSO Group in the sale to Sobro, which was completed in November 2023.
