Financial advisor to NMT Montageteknik

Balco Group has acquired NMT Montageteknik i Norden

The owner of NMT Montageteknik ("NMT") wanted to expand and develop their business and therefore contacted Grant Thornton to evaluate the possibility of finding a new owner who could contribute strategically and with a larger network. Grant Thornton acted as an advisor to the company in the sale to Balco Group, which was completed in March 2023.

About NMT Montageteknik i Norden

NMT is a well-renowned construction company that offers comprehensive solutions for balconies. The company mainly carries out turnkey contracts for housing cooperatives and construction companies in northern Sweden.

The sales process with the help of Grant Thornton has been an exciting and educational journey. They have guided me throughout the process and have been objective from start to finish.
