Johanna Widlund

Johanna Widlund is an Accounting Specialist and Partner responsible for Financial Reporting Services at Grant Thornton.

With more than 20 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting under IFRS and Swedish GAAP, Johanna supports both listed and privately owned companies and groups in navigating complex accounting matters and finance transformation projects.

Johanna has extensive experience in:

• Transitions between accounting frameworks, including conversions from K3 to IFRS
• Implementation of new and amended accounting standards, including IFRS 18 Presentation and Disclosure in Financial Statements
• Accounting matters related to transactions, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings
• Finance transformation and process improvement projects within accounting and financial reporting
• Group accounting and financial reporting in listed company environments
  IPO readiness projects, including listing reviews for Nasdaq Stockholm

Johanna is also an experienced lecturer and trainer, delivering both internal and external training programmes. She is highly regarded for her ability to translate complex accounting and reporting requirements into practical solutions tailored to each organisation's specific circumstances.
