CG Equity has acquired Visionite

Grant Thornton was entrusted by the founders of Visionite to assist in securing a growth partner, CG Equity, a private equity team with a combined +20 years of experience in global private equity and mid-market M&A. The transaction was completed in January 2025 and the sellers plan to continue to be active in Visionite and in the new parent company Inwero Group, which will focus on add-on acquisitions of IT consulting companies.

About Visionite

Visionite was founded in 2018 and conducts IT consulting operations from several locations in Sweden and Finland, with headquarters in Umeå. The focus of the operations has been on recruiting senior competence where the business model enables a more flexible remuneration model for the consultants, which has contributed to a strong culture, work environment and financial performance.
