InfraCom Group has acquired Trust-IT

Grant Thornton assisted the owners of Trust-IT in the sale to InfraCom Group, where the company will be part of the Managed Services business area. The sale was completed in September 2022, and the former owners will continue to be active within the company.

About Trust-IT

Trust-IT is an IT consulting company focused on IT operations and cloud services and has been in business for over 25 years. The headquarters is located in Solna, but the company also operates in other Nordic countries.

It feels exciting to be part of a growth journey together with InfraCom. As companies, we complement each other well and will now be able to offer several complementary services that our customers demand while strengthening our consulting business. The final decision to merge was based on our shared high standards and commitment to providing our customers with the best service on the market.
