Helix Kapital has acquired Recycling Partner

Grant Thornton was entrusted by the founders of Recycling Partner to assist in the sale to Helix Kapital, a Swedish growth-oriented investment company that invests in small and medium-sized companies in the Nordic region. The transaction was completed in January 2025, and the former CEO and owners will continue to be operational in Recycling Partner.
