Bergman Clinics (Triton) has acquired Nordiska Kliniken

Grant Thornton was entrusted by the founders of Nordiska Kliniken to assist in the sale to Bergman Clinics, a leading European healthcare company with approximately 150 clinics, owned by the private equity firm Triton. The transaction was completed in March 2025.
