Bravida has acquired HNA

HNA had the same main owner for 20 years and gradually expanded its offerings and geographical reach in southern Sweden. Grant Thornton acted as financial advisors to HNA, and in May 2022, it was announced that Bravida took over as the new owners.

About HNA

HNA operates in professional refrigeration and commercial kitchen equipment in southern and western Sweden, focusing on quality and high professionalism. The company has offices, a service workshop, and warehouses in Höganäs, Staffanstorp, and Halmstad. The company offers design, sales, installations, as well as service and repairs.

Grant Thornton initially helped us with an overview valuation of the company and then throughout the entire sales process, creating strong interest in HNA from both financial and industrial players. Thanks to professional advice, we reached the finish line with a buyer who was just right for us
