Indutrade has acquired Hemomatik

Grant Thornton was entrusted by the founders of Hemomatik to assist in the sale to Indutrade, an international technology and industrial group. The transaction was completed in March 2024, and the former CEO and co-owner will continue to be operational in Hemomatik.
