IK Partners has acquired Brandkonsulten

The owners of Brandkonsulten decided to explore the possibility of bringing in a new owner to assist the company in its next expansion phase. Grant Thornton was entrusted to act as financial advisor to Brandkonsulten, and after a full-scale sales process, the new owner became BST, whose main owner is IK Investment Partners.
