Auditing based on your specific needs
Our auditors, both elected and independent, support you with all kinds of auditing assignments.
Audit according to a specific agreement
When we audit according to a specific agreement, we conduct well defined audit procedures and report actual observations or conclusions.
Examples include a bank's request for an independent audit over how a customer contract is presented, as well as valuations of stocks, accounts receivable, provisions or other claims. It can also involve specific controls, such as implementing control inventories in stores as a part of your company's own controls.
Other audit certificates
Many other audit certificates might be requested, such as those required by the Law on joint-stock company (Aktiebolagslagen) at dividends, issuances, merges and early retirements. Another example includes certificates required by a trade association or another contractor, if your company or the owner has to verify commitment or report responsibility.
An auditor can also perform attestation assignments, conducted with reasonable security or limited security. Other attestations are requested mainly by non-profit organisations, aid organisations, and publicly financed activities.
Regardless of what auditing services your company needs, we can support and implement professional auditing for your peace of mind as an entrepreneur or business owner.
